DATA ON DEVICE: 5 Star Tuning is NOT responsible for any content or data on your returned device. Device may need to be updated, repaired or swapped for a functioning unit which may cause the loss of presently loaded data.

BEFORE SUBMISSION PLEASE HAVE THE FOLLOWING READY:

1. Product model number (including serial number for tuners).
2. Clear pictures of the item/device (front and back with readable serial or product code). Not applicable to those who wish to have tunes loaded to their device.
3. Valid proof of purchase either a scanned or photo receipt or screen shot of online purchase or purchase order number.
