FUEL TABLES
We recalibrate fueling across the entire RPM and load range to match your truck’s actual airflow, injectors, and octane. This means cleaner throttle response, safer air/fuel ratios under boost, and power that’s tuned to your specific combination rather than a generic factory map — especially important once bolt-ons or larger tires change how the engine breathes.
DRIVE BY WIRE
Throttle mapping is adjusted so pedal input feels direct and predictable, whether you’re feathering it over rocks at low speed or want an aggressive, snappy response for the sand. We can dial in multiple throttle feel profiles so the truck responds the way you want in each situation.
LIMITERS
Factory limiters — rev limits, speed limiters, and boost cutoffs — are reviewed and adjusted to safely support your build. We raise or relocate these limits only where it’s safe to do so, keeping the drivetrain and engine protected while removing artificial restrictions that don’t need to be there.
TIMING
Ignition timing tables are optimized for your fuel octane and hardware combination, pulling timing where knock risk is higher and adding it back where the engine can safely use it. This is one of the biggest levers for both power and long-term reliability.
TORQUE CONVERTER STRATEGIES
We adjust converter lock-up behavior and slip characteristics so the transmission holds gears appropriately under load, locks up at the right time for efficiency and cooling, and doesn’t hunt or flare when you’re towing, wheeling, or just driving around town.
SHIFT STRATEGIES
Shift points and shift firmness are tuned to match your driving style and tire size — quicker, firmer shifts for spirited or high-speed driving, or a smoother, more relaxed strategy for trail work and daily driving. We can also set up multiple shift maps tied to your drive modes.
SHIFT PRESSURES/SLIP TIMERS
Line pressure and clutch apply timing are calibrated to reduce clutch slip during shifts, which protects the 10-speed transmission and improves shift quality — particularly important as power levels increase.
AUTOSTART/STOP
Ford’s Auto Start/Stop feature can be fully disabled in your tune, left enabled, or configured however you prefer — your call, built into the file at your request.
