The Whipple competition supercharger system enables unique application building for automakers, engine shops, engine builders, and do-it-yourselfers. The base kits include the supercharger, inlet, manifold with intercooler core, fuel rails, and necessary fasteners as well as other essential parts. Injectors, intercooler pumps, and heat exchangers can all be added by builders, who can also create their own parts and calibrate them using aftermarket controllers.

The brand-new Generation 5 3.0L front feed twin-screw supercharger is part of the revolutionary, direct, and port-injected supercharger system. From idle to redline, this brand-new supercharger offers efficiency that is unmatched in the market. The revolutionary supercharger produces more power than any previous positive displacement supercharger ever created while spinning faster, longer, and safer thanks to entirely redesigned bearings, gears, rotors, and housing. In comparison to the previous Gen 5, the new Gen 5 has an entirely new 3/4 rotor combination, a 285° helix instead of a 270° one, a new bell mouth inlet, an optimized discharge port, and increased diameter vs. length for greater efficiency.

– Center discharge port for better cylinder-to-cylinder distribution than other twin-screws with cobbled-together billet adapters and forward-facing discharge
– Extra plenum volume below the intercooler core for far less pressure drop and better use of the increased surface area of the massive intercooler core
– Gen 5 supercharger features a new 3×4 rotor combination for a significant increase in airflow under the curve than less efficient 4×4 roots units. This rotor has an increased RPM capacity, a large diameter for increased airflow and a smaller leak path, and features an increased helix for optimal sealing
