SPD has exceeded all expectations with their GX Series Cat-Back Exhaust! Intended to provide a pleasing drone-free sound for you, these cat-back systems, which are made with 304 stainless mandrel-bent 3″ tubing and a GX Series stainless muffler, provide performance and sound without producing a raspy note at high rpms.
Our GX Series mufflers are made without glass or metal fibers and employ sound wave-canceling technology. The other brand’s exhaust systems will sound louder every year because harmonic vibrations will cause fiber and mesh materials to break down.
Since our systems are 100% bolt-on and require no cutting, installation is a breeze.
The factory resonator is used by our base system, giving your truck an aggressive exhaust note. For maximum performance gains, we advise adding the performance resonator delete. Our genuine 3″ resonator delete offers appreciable performance gains. Resonator tubing is 2 3/4 in the factory.
