JMS mass air modifiers filter the mass air signal, while also scaling the signal to extend the dynamic range of the sensor, cleaning up a noisy signal that could cause drivability issues. They feature a simple switch that allows you to choose between filtering the signal at idle or cruise, and a rotary switch to choose between 16 built-in levels of filtering–filter only as much as the signal needs to be cleaned. You can also choose to filter the signal based on the MAF frequency, or you can filter based on another input from a 0 to 5 V sensor. With seven unique filter ranges you can fine tune the filter to your problem area. JMS Chip mass air modifiers have advanced electronics housed in aluminum cases, complete OEM-grade plug-and-play wiring harnesses using shielded cable, additional cables for 0 to 5 V signal input, and optional on-board enable/disable switch.
